The UK’s first-ever Mature Marketing Summit, held in London on June 30th, has been acclaimed as a great success by speakers, delegates and organisers alike.
More than 80 delegates attended the event, which was held at the Cavendish Conference Centre in Central London, to hear speakers from Barclays, BBC, D C Thomson, Sky and YouGov, as well John Redwood MP and the two leading academics on the subject, from the Royal College of Art and Newcastle University. The event was introduced and chaired by Mark Beasley, of RHC Advantage,
Organised by Target Publishing in association with the Mature Marketing Association (MMA), the event marked the first anniversary of the formation of the MMA.
Said MMA Chairman, and managing director of RHC Advantage, Mark Beasley: “The Mature Marketing Summit successfully brought together some of the UK’s leading experts on the subject with a diverse and enthusiastic group of marketers. The event marked the first anniversary of the Mature Marketing Association and it is extremely gratifying to see that so many people support our mission to promote the importance of ‘mature marketing’. As the UK population continues to age, it is increasingly important for all businesses and brands to improve their alignment with this large and complex group. We look forward to next year’s event and are confident that it will go from strength to strength.’’
