Mark Beasley

Mark Beasley - Managing Director

Mark is an experienced marketing consultant and agency planner. He has worked in most markets and sectors, across most types of marketing and communication, with an impressive and wide-ranging portfolio of clients.

After an early career client-side, Mark enjoyed 25 years in various marketing agency and consultancy roles. Over the years, he has been copywriter, account handler, planning director and MD. He was co-founder of a leading UK marketing communications agency, which was acquired by Sir Martin Sorrell’s WPP group, following which he became part of a WPP global planning team. After a few years as marketing consultant and University lecturer, he formed RHC Advantage in 2010.

Mark has an MBA and a social science degree. He was admitted to the Marketing Society in 1989 and at various times has belonged to the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Institute of Direct Marketing, Market Research Society and Institute of Directors. Mark also performs with ‘Route 66’, a ‘mature’ rock band.


Richard Collyer

Richard Collyer - Creative Director

Richard is responsible for the creative direction of all our work for clients, from creative strategy and concept development, right through to the attention to detail and craft skills that ensure that every concept is executed to the highest possible standard. He has over 25 years experience in the creative, design, brand marketing and communications business, as creative consultant and creative director.

Richard has worked with many private and public sector organisations in both consumer and B2B markets. He has the skills and expertise to consistently apply original thinking to develop concepts that engage audiences and deliver tangible commercial results. He combines a passion for detail with the ability to find simple solutions to complex communication issues.

Richard is the founder of rhc creative strategy, a full-service creative agency with a blue chip client list that includes Alamo and National, Chelsea Football Club, Citibank, Fiorano Ferrari, Diageo, Inter-Continental Hotels Group, Rothschilds, SEGRO, Starwood Hotels and WSP Group.


Tom Wright CBE

Tom Wright CBE - Non-Executive Director

Tom Wright CBE is Group Chief Executive of Age UK and unpaid non-executive director of rhc advantage Limited. Since January 2009, he has been responsible for leading Age Concern and Help the Aged through a successful merger into Age UK – a charity and social enterprise with a turnover of nearly £400 million with its brand partners and the largest age-related charity in the UK.

Tom was previously Chief Executive of VisitBritain for 7 years, prior to which he was a Board Director of the Saga Group and Managing Director of Saga Holidays. He has worked in senior marketing roles for Anchor Foods, Carlsberg-Tetley and Center Parcs.

Tom is a Trustee of the Imperial War Museum and Chair of their Trading Company. He is also Chair of STAR, the self-regulation body for the ticketing industry, Chair of the British Gas Energy Trust and sits on the board of the DEC (Disaster Emergency Committee). Tom was awarded his CBE in January 2007 for services to the British tourism industry.
